Swiss Pork Chops with Mustard Sauce


Mustard Sauce


  1. Pat dry pork chops and coat with flour/salt/pepper mixture.
  2. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Sear chops well on both sides.
  3. Add wine and lemon juice; simmer chops, covered, 45 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Remove chops to warm platter.
  5. Stir flour into drippings in skillet. Add cream, mustard, cayenne until smooth.
  6. Boil for one minute. Serve chops with sauce.
