
St. Patty’s Corned Beef
Ingredients
Instructions

Boil corned beef in large pot - without spices - for 2 hours

Preheat oven to 425º

Cut red potatoes into ½ " pieces

Cut cabbage into 6-8 pieces

Mix brown sugar, dijon mustard and honey (in that order) in large mixing bowl

Remove corned beef and place in center of large baking pan
-
Surround with potatoes
-
Wedge in cabbage pieces
-
Pour sugar mixture ONLY over the corned beef
-
Cover with tin foil and bake for 15 minutes
-
Reduce oven to 350º and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Do not open over or lift tin foil until done.

Serve immediately
