Sausage and Peppers

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Italian Sausage (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 1 Red Pepper (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 1 Green Pepper (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 1 Yellow Pepper (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 1 Large onion (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 3 tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fennel Seeds (Can mortar to a powder if have a sensitivity)
  • 4 tablespoons Marinara Sauce
Instructions
  1. Place sausage, peppers and onions in a large bowl.
  2. Toss and coat with butter, avocado oil and Fennel seeds
  3. Place in a roasting pan at 400*
  4. Bake for 40-50 minutes - until sausage is no longer pink
  5. add marinara sauce, stir together and bake 4 more minutes
