Korean Flank Steak
Ingredients

Soy Sauce
((Use low-sodium))

Brown Sugar

teaspoons
Olive Oil or Sesame Oil

tablespoons
Sesame Seeds

Ginger, Minced Garlic

Large Flank Steak
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a gallon-size food storage bag
Season steak with salt and pepper and add to the bag. Marinate up to a day ahead.
Remove steak from bag and pat dry – saving marinade. Let sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
Score Flank steak on a diagonal across entire steak – both sides.
Grill, brushing steak with marinade, to desired temperature. Enjoy!
Note
Flank steak can be tough. Add a few tablespoons of sake or white wine.
