Clams
(chopped)

Medium Onion
(chopped fine)

Small Red Pepper
(chopped fine)

Clam Juice
1/4 - 1/2

Breadcrumbs

Lemons
(wedged into small pieces for serving)
Salt and Pepper
Real or aluminum clam shells
Instructions
Add butter to saucepan and heat on low until all butter has melted (not burned)
Increase heat to medium and add peppers - sauté for 2 minutes
Add onions - sauté until soft and translucent
Add clams - sauté 2 min until heated through
Add breadcrumbs and clam juice to desired consistency
Add salt & pepper to taste
Fill clam shells and serve with lemon wedges
