Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour (50g)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (vegan mix)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well combined.
  2. Form into 12 balls with your hands and store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
